Comparing various students' academic grade performances from different schools is not an easy task. As a result, colleges use test scores as another means of reviewing one's academic skills and readiness for college-level work. There are more than 70 colleges with test-blind, test=free, or score-free policies. These schools will not consider any ACT or SAT results even if an applicant submits a score.
